Lake Rotoma
Over 100 youth, leaders and parents enjoyed a fun weekend on the beautiful Lake Rotoma. Wind conditions improved on Saturday afternoon for good sailing in sunbursts and cutters in junior, intermediate and senior classes.
There were heaps of fun events for the scouts, including rowing, cutter sailing, sunny sailing, kayaking and triathalon racing. If you were at the regatta, have a flick through the photos and see if you can find yourself amongst it.
If you're not yet a member of cubs, scouts or venturers at Southern Cross, but like the look of what you see, come and join us at cubs, scouts or venturers along with some warm clothes to sail in and see what Southern Cross all about.
